To prep for a song writing workshop (my first!) I wrote the lyrics for a song (my first!). More specifically, the words came through me in about 45 minutes. I didn’t ‘craft’ the song.

At the workshop another attendee, Roi James, was moved by the lyrics and asked to “take a whack” at composing the music. Of course I said Yes! He later reported the music composition also came to him in about 45 minutes.

A few months later we worked with a fantastic team led by Billy Crockett at Blue Rock Artist Ranch and Studio to produce the song you hear above. Roi is the vocalist.
